Mendapatkan pandangan, ulasan dan maklum balas daripada pemegang taruh serta orang awam berhubung cadangan pindaan struktur fi statutori paten di bawah Jadual 1, Peraturan-Peraturan Paten 1986 serta cadangan pemberian insentif fi kepada golongan bersasar.
To obtain views, comments and feedback from stakeholders and the public regarding the proposed amendments to the statutory patent fee structure under Schedule 1 of the Patents Regulations 1986, as well as the proposed fee incentive mechanism for targeted groups.


2. Memastikan Struktur Fi yang Relevan dan Mampan / To Ensure a Relevant and Sustainable Fee Structure

Memastikan struktur fi statutori paten kekal munasabah, relevan, telus dan selaras dengan keperluan semasa.
To ensure that the statutory patent fee structure remains reasonable, relevant, transparent and aligned with current needs.

Meningkatkan akses kepada sistem perlindungan paten melalui mekanisme fi yang lebih inklusif dan bersesuaian.

Menggalakkan aktiviti inovasi, penyelidikan dan pembangunan (R&D) serta pengkomersialan harta intelek di Malaysia.
To encourage innovation, research and development (R&D), and the commercialisation of intellectual property in Malaysia.
