To gather feedback on DMS 2672:2025 Cocoa beans ÃĸâŦâ Specification (First revision). This document specifies the requirements for classification, test methods, sampling, packaging and marking for cocoa beans. This standard also describes recommendations for post-harvest handling (fermentation and drying), storage and disinfestation, fat content and sensory profile.
