1. To obtain stakeholder feedback on proposed amendments to align the Communications and Multimedia (Licensing) Regulations 2000 with recent amendments to the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998.
2. To obtain stakeholder feedback on the proposed review of the existing licence fee framework, including the introduction of a regulatory fee framework for applicable overseas operators.
3. To obtain stakeholder feedback on proposals to modernise and strengthen the licensing framework, including updates to licensing definitions, network security requirements and legislative alignments.

This PC seeks input on the proposed enhancements to the Communications and Multimedia (Licensing) Regulations 2000, comprising the following: âĸ Alignment with the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998; âĸ Licence fee framework review; and âĸ Licensing framework modernisation and updates. Stakeholders are encouraged to review the Reference Document, attached herewith, before submitting their responses. All input received will be considered by the Commission, accordingly.
